Day 3

Weighed in at 158.2.  : ) : )  Lost 4 lbs.  : )  I thought for sure I would only lose a pound because I ate beef and I felt so bloated like I had gained weight.  Soooooo relieved.  Skipped my last does of hcg last night because I was feeling sick.  This time I squeezed 1 lemon and dropped the lemon rinds in there as well.  : )  Sweetened with 2 packs of stevia and did this for 2 Liters instead of 1.

Lunch:

Chicken  (yep again, need to get some fish or shrimp)
salad
tomaoto
1/2 orange (like the oranges)

snack:

1/2 orange
melba toast

Dinner:

Chicken
asparagus
1/4 tomato

snack:

melba toast
