Day 4

I am down to 156.7.   So I lost about 1 1/2 lbs.  : )  My shorts are starting to feel looser which is nice.  I have been wearing them for about a week and 1/2 (just bought them, had to, had nothing else to wear that would fit me) and now I am looking forward to washing them and still being able to wear them.  They have about 2% spandex in them.  So I hope they don't shrink too much.  I am really looking forward to wearing some other clothes.  Right now I have these shorts and another pair and 1 skirt that I wear all the flippen time.  I can't stand it.   Plus it is getting cooler now being October and I will have to wear jeans.  Trying to avoid this for as long as possible without getting cold by wearing shorts.  My jeans are a size 10 and they are tight, well I can't wear them now but they were tight.

Day 3

Weighed in at 158.2.  : ) : )  Lost 4 lbs.  : )  I thought for sure I would only lose a pound because I ate beef and I felt so bloated like I had gained weight.  Soooooo relieved.  Skipped my last does of hcg last night because I was feeling sick.  This time I squeezed 1 lemon and dropped the lemon rinds in there as well.  : )  Sweetened with 2 packs of stevia and did this for 2 Liters instead of 1.

Lunch:

Chicken  (yep again, need to get some fish or shrimp)

tomaoto
1/2 orange (like the oranges)

snack:

1/2 orange
melba toast

Chicken
asparagus

Day 2 of diet

I weighed 161.1 This morning so I lost a pound.  : /  Was thinking I would lose more but didn't.  Oh well.  Did everything right though, except hcg.  Took hcg at 10 and was supposed to take at 5 but I was at the mall, getting Brooke a Homecoming dress.  So didn't take till 7:30.  Called and figured out you can't eat or drink 20 minutes before or after hcg.  Wasn't hungry before lunch so I decided to go on a walk to make myself hungry.  Ate around 3.  Ate and then took hcg.  For water  you are supposed to drink 2 Liters.  Once I got to 1 liter I squeezed the juice of one lemon and added 2 packets of stevia for sweetening.  It was good.  I was about to gag on the last part of the water, so had to do something to liven it up a bit.

Dinner:

hamburger 3 oz.
salad

snack:

Melba snacks,  the round garlic ones.  Ate 3.  oops.  They were too yummy.

Day 1 of diet

It is a Saturday and I know I shouldn't have started on the weekend.  Way too much going on.  Got up late, had a rough night.  Jim had a tennis match in the morning and I then had to go searching for all my stuff.  Found the digital scale at Target.  I looked at Walmart and staples but nothing there that wasn't cheap.  This one was 20 bucks and it is nice.  I found it in the utensil isle at Target.

I made it through day four and just couldn't do another day.  So, here I am day one.  I weighed 162.3 after I pigged out for four days.  Before that I weighed 161 lbs.  So I gained about 1 1/2 lbs.  Wasn't too hungry at all,   : )  not like some have been on this diet.  Only have to take .5 of the hcg.  The chapstick may be an issue and the claritin.  We'll have to see.  Using the glycerin soap made by Neutrogena.

Hey!! This is my first blog. I am doing this to help other lose weight that can't any other traditional way. I'm tired of struggling with my weight. It's been such a battle.

Day 1

YUCK! I do not like this day 1. I have been eating fatty things for a couple of days now instead of just 2, due to my sister in laws advice. Now I just feel like puking! I think this is day 3 for me on the fatty gorge days. One more day to go, I hope I can make it through this. I get nauseas from time to time and just take some gaviscon.

I took my drops at 12 pm and 7:15 pm

Breakfast:

scoop of peanut butter
half of an avocado sandwich

Lunch:

Triple cheese panini sandwich
potato chips

snack:

1/2 blueberry fritter

Dinner:

Who knows right now??? Probably KFC. Right now I could just gag.
